1. Under "Submit an Application," type in your first and last name
2. Click on the “Employment Application” link 
3. Complete the application
4. Save the completed application to your computer
5. Under "Upload File," click on the “Choose File” button 
6. Select the application you saved to your computer
7. Click “Submit”
